Summary of Job Duties:

This is an onsite position based in Little Rock, Arkansas. The selected candidate is required to work in person and must be available to perform job duties onsite. This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work arrangements.

The Patient Access Supervisor oversees the daily operations of assigned patient access workflows, including patient check-in and check-out, scheduling, registration, patient portals, online requests, EPIC work queues, and physician referrals. This position provides direct supervision, coaching, and support to Access Coordinators and Patient Representatives to ensure efficient operations, exceptional customer service, and compliance with applicable policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or formal educational equivalent. Seven (7) years of experience in registration, billing, or scheduling; preferably in a healthcare environment. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Leadership or supervisory experience. Experience overseeing patient access operations, including registration, scheduling, billing, or related healthcare workflows. Experience with electronic health record systems, work queues, quality audits, and staff training and development.
