What We’re Looking For – Qualifications and Skills A high school diploma or equivalent. Minimumtwoyears’ experiencewithproven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiencyin usingphones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated). Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama). Background checkrequired. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered,in accordance withapplicable law. The abilityto meet the physical demands of this position, whichfrequentlyincludesremainingin a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time;movingand transportingup to 25 pounds;movinginside and outside of the store;and operatingmechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
