Los Angeles, CAClient Opportunities – Legal /Regular Full-time /On-siteLegal Recruiting ManagerLocation: Downtown Los Angeles, CASalary: $90,000–$130,000Schedule: Hybrid / Remote FlexibilityAbout the OpportunityA well-established national law firm is looking for an experienced Legal Recruiting Manager to join its Talent Team in Los Angeles.This is a highly visible role for someone who understands the legal recruiting landscape and enjoys building relationships, leading a team, and managing searches from initial strategy through offer and onboarding.You’ll partner closely with firm leadership, practice leaders, and recruiting stakeholders while overseeing both lateral attorney and law school recruiting initiatives.What You’ll DoManage the full recruiting lifecycle for attorneys, including lateral associates and summer associatesPartner with senior leadership and practice area leaders to identify and attract top legal talentLead attorney searches across California officesReview and screen candidates and assess qualifications and overall fitCoordinate interviews, due diligence, approvals, offers, and onboardingBuild and maintain relationships with external search firms and legal recruitersLead law school recruiting initiatives, including OCI, law school events, callback interviews, recruiting committee meetings, and offersManage and develop recruiting team membersPrepare recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and status updates for leadershipMaintain candidate data and recruiting workflowsManage the annual legal recruiting budgetServe as a trusted recruiting partner to office and firm leadershipParticipate in firmwide recruiting initiatives and special projectsIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiencies, and the overall candidate experienceWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree3+ years of management-level recruiting experience within a law firmStrong understanding of the legal industry, recruiting market, and current hiring trendsPrior supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferredExperience managing attorney recruiting processes from search through hireStrong relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsStrong judgment and ability to independently evaluate candidatesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and searches simultaneouslyCandidate-focused approach with an emphasis on communication and engagementComfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven professional environmentWhy Consider It?This is more than an individual contributor recruiting position.
