Responsibilities Provide comprehensive evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs. Work with patients recovering from stroke, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, trauma, and orthopedic injuries. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes and enhance recovery quality. Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Requirements Active California Physical Therapist License. A minimum of 2 years of experience in acute rehabilitation or acute care settings.
