Its proprietary software is designed to be streamlined and effective, helping staffing firms operate more efficiently and scale confidently.

The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time role based in West Bend, WI. Base salary, plus commission. This role partners with the sales and marketing team to grow the pipeline by engaging prospective and existing customers, qualifying opportunities, and closing new sales and renewals. This role also strengthens client relationships to support retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth, serving as the primary contact for assigned clients and ensuring solutions align with their needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identifies potential clients through online research, industry databases, referrals, social media, advertising, and inbound inquiries.

• Conducts outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to introduce our services, generate interest, and close sales. 
\n
• Makes at least 250 prospecting calls per week. Exceptions are made when you are bringing on a new client, doing training and other activities.
\n
• Collaborates as part of the sales and marketing team to brand our product.
\n
• Manages inbound sales leads to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
\n
• Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
\n
• Provides product demos to qualified customers on request.
\n
• Highlights key product features, provides pricing and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for completed sales.
\n
• Builds and maintains customer relationships for long-term retention.
\n
• Enters, maintains, and updates customer records and sales opportunities within customer database (CRM) and related systems, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions, qualification outcomes, and pipeline activity.
\n
• Travels to and attends trade shows as necessary.
\n
• Collects, prepares and presents necessary information on prospects to the credit committee for credit approval. Due diligence on prospective customers, including application, credit check, aging review, analysis of client list, personal credit, tax returns, etc.

• Prepares and processes contracts and other forms and data for approved prospects.
\n
• Coordinates customer training, including delivery of training and hosting webinars.
\n
• Investigates and resolves customer problems to ensure exceptional customer experience and retention.
\n
• Manages customer contract renewals and changes.
\n

• Possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with outbound calling/contact and prospect qualification.
\n
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented to complete sales.
\n
• Customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and support long-term relationships.
\n
• Account management skills, including maintaining accurate client records and supporting ongoing client needs.
\n
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to clearly explain solutions and handle objections.
\n
• Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office or similar tools, and comfort working with technology-driven solutions.
\n
• Relevant experience in B2B sales, financial services, staffing, or payroll-related industries is beneficial.
\n
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
