We're searching for a motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to provide onsite for a financial institution. This role is temporary and pays $22 to $25 per hour.
What You'll Do
- Review and analyze credit card transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with monthly credit card reconciliations, helping identify and resolve discrepancies
- Perform data entry related to transaction processing
- Support the accounting team with related administrative and analytical tasks
- Learn and apply basic reconciliation processes used in a professional accounting environment
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience with with data entry, transaction review, and/or credit card processing
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus, but not required
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with a large volume of transactional data
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take direction from the team
