We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Georgetown, KY. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Strong fits may come from mechanical maintenance, heavy equipment, industrial service, military/naval mechanical systems, automotive manufacturing, or plant reliability backgrounds.

Required:

- Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience

- Experience leading, training, or coordinating technicians, mechanics, operators, or maintenance teams

- Comfortable working around large machinery and production equipment

- Preventive maintenance mindset and strong safety habits

Preferred:

- Hydraulics experience

- Tooling, stamping, injection molding, or similar manufacturing equipment

- Equipment rebuilds, refurbishments, installations, or vendor/contractor coordination

- Budgeting, CMMS, spare parts, or maintenance planning experience
