Work Environment\nIn this remote outpatient role, you will join a team-oriented setting that emphasizes flexibility and work-life balance. Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, allowing clinicians to create and manage their own schedules within a range of 10 to 40 hours per week. This setup enables you to determine your preferred work hours while actively engaging with clients through telehealth or other remote therapy formats.
Key Responsibilities\nAs a Mental Health Counselor at Calm Connections Counseling Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for a varied population of clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups. This initial assessment will guide the development of tailored treatment plans. \n
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans, actively participating in patient rounds and documentation processes to ensure seamless communication about patient progress and treatment efficacy. \n
- Employing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate interventions that assist clients in achieving their treatment goals. \n
- Providing ongoing case management support for your assigned patients, coordinating care with community resources and professionals to enhance treatment outcomes. \n
- Maintaining ethical and timely documentation of all client interactions as per departmental guidelines and best practices. \n
You will work with a diverse array of clients in our outpatient facility, addressing various mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral issues. We prioritize creating an inclusive environment where all individuals feel safe and supported as they navigate their mental health journeys.
Qualifications\nThe successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A valid and active license in Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required to ensure a high standard of care. \n
While the above qualifications are mandatory, we highly value experience with various therapeutic modalities and a demonstrated ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams. Additionally, familiarity with remote therapy practices and telehealth technologies is a plus, enhancing your adaptability in our evolving work environment.
Compensation and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. Your compensation package will also include:
