LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

As a Hospice LPN with Addus Family company, you’ll deliver compassionate end-of-life care in home and community settings. Working closely with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team, you’ll provide hands-on nursing, symptom management, and emotional support that honors each patient’s dignity and wishes. Duties include medication administration, monitoring and reporting changes in condition, and educating patients and families on comfort-focused care.
