You’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.As a Project Engineer on our team in Austin, TX, you’ll have an opportunity to work on managing site development, design coordination, and regulatory compliance from the ground up. Key focus areas include medical facility design, regulatory compliance, and construction. Based at a client site, you will oversee that all work completed by contractors and consultants is of the highest quality with safety being our highest priority. You will also provide support to the Project Manager by developing and maintaining project cost/change controls, project budget, and change order estimates/negotiations. Through this role you will have the opportunity to work on multiple fast-moving projects and larger, long-scheduled projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupports the full lifecycle from design through construction, focusing on document control, cross-functional coordination, and regulatory complianceDesign & Technical Coordination: Support Project Manager with overseeing architectural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) drawings tailored for clinical environments, ensuring specialized medical gas, infection control, and HVAC requirements are metAssist project leadership in driving design coordination, managing submittals/RFIs, ensuring clinical/regulatory compliance, and transitioning a greenfield site into a fully operational healthcare facilityDesign your career with a company that inspires and empowers you to deliver your best work so you can evolve, grow, and succeed.  Your role keeps our company connected and we’ll support you with what you need to be successful.
