In the United States, if you need a reasonable accommodation for the online application process due to a disability, please call View phone number on click.appcast.io.This position is hybrid with a requirement to be onsite four or more days per week. #LI-Hybrid#LI-MH5What you'll do...Lead new model labor optimization efforts to achieve labor targets, through benchmarking (internal and external), target setting, tracking process change, and replicate across programs/PlantsSupport the cycle line layout planning process & virtual build events with future model operator allocations and time studies, and work with plants to support physical build events & program launchesMinimize and/or offset labor impacts through Kaizen, plant tasks/projects, and identifying design/process opportunitiesSupport STP labor SAR itemsAssist with operator allocations, cycle line layouts, plant rebalances, line speed changes, time studies, throughput issues, and launch supportAccurately maintain & deliver Machining META and Gear & PCA dotmapsSupport required IE documentation (Labor Glidepath, PHM, Program 1-Pager, Plant Line speed, APT Assessment, etc.)Complete & evaluate time studies using MODAPTS as the measurement tool for work standardsCollaborate and work closely with staff IE’s, manufacturing engineering, material handling, ergonomics, and/or plant personnel.
