Fabricator / Welder - Stainless Steel Experience Preferred
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Fabricator / Welder for a local manufacturing company in Salem. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with stainless steel fabrication experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe work environment.
Job Duties
- Perform TIG and other welding processes on stainless steel components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
- Fabricate and assemble metal products to specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, saws, squares, calipers, and measuring equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Previous fabrication and welding experience required
- Stainless steel welding experience preferred
- Experience with TIG, MMA, or similar welding processes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Knowledge of welding safety practices and PPE requirements
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
