Overview Tax Mergers and Acquisition Partnership Tax - Manager at PwC. This role focuses on providing tax advice during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions, analysing tax implications, developing tax structures, and guiding clients through complex regulations to optimise tax outcomes. Responsibilities Manage client service accounts and lead engagement workstreams Supervise and mentor teams to deliver exceptional outcomes Independently tackle and resolve intricate problems Leverage team capabilities to meet client needs Integrate technology and innovative methods into service delivery Drive efficiency through automation and digital solutions Ensure quality and adherence to project timelines Encourage continuous improvement and professional development What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 4 years of experience A JD, LLM, or Master’s in Accounting/Taxation can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree CPA, Bar admission, or other tax/finance credentials may qualify What Sets You Apart Juris Doctorate preferred Broad knowledge in partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions Proficiency in partnership taxation and related analysis Proficiency in U.S. federal income tax law related to partnerships Advanced technical writing and reviewing skills Ability to develop and sustain meaningful client relationships Experience defining resource requirements and project workflow Proven leadership in establishing direction and motivating teams Familiarity with CRM systems The Opportunity As part of the Merger and Acquisition Tax team, provide value through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Manager, supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive engagement workstreams. Lead with integrity and leverage technology to enhance delivery.
