Part-Time Office Assistant

Part-Time Office Assistant (12 hours/week) MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Greet Visitors Answer telephones Assist parents/students as needed Assist the office by performing various duties such as word processing, telephone, and filing Other duties as assigned to aid in the smooth operation of the department QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma High level of computer skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Desire to be a team player Ability to work well with students, staff, & parents Excellent organizational skills WAGE : Per Hourly Rate HOURS : Expected to work the full school year at 12 hours per week.
