HeaderThis role is an onsite HR Intern position supporting two (2) facilities in Connecticut and will assist with a variety of HR administrative and operational activities.Your Key ResponsibilitiesSupport recruiting efforts for hourly positions, including scheduling, candidate communication, and interview coordinationAssist employees with basic HR-related tasks and questionsPerform administrative duties such as filing, document organization, and record maintenanceHelp build presentations and prepare materials for meetings and projectsProvide data support, including tracking, updating, and organizing HR informationAssist the HR team with special projects and other duties as assignedAttend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.Prepare and present reports summarizing learning and contributions during the internship.Your QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree or completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointAbility to handle confidential information with professionalismDetail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learnComfortable working in a team-oriented environmentApplicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asyleeWe look forward to your application.
