Schedule/Hours

• Guaranteed 36 or 40 hours per week
• Flexible shift/workday potential; weekend and call requirements to be discussed in the interview

Role Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist license (active and in good standing)
• Minimum 2+ years of current experience, including Adult Critical Care
• Experience navigating complex clinical environments and protocols
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Prior work with advanced respiratory procedures and critical care equipment
• Prior use of Meditech for documentation

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered respiratory care in adult critical care settings
• Perform assessments and therapeutic procedures as ordered by providers
• Maintain accurate records, adhere to infection control, and ensure equipment readiness
• Float to other units as needed in accordance with hospital policy

Dress & Appearance

• Hospital-issued scrubs required
• Clean, healthy nails (no artificial nails, gels, or extensions)
• Neat, professional hair (pulled back if shoulder-length or longer)
• Tattoos covered when possible; no visible facial or oral piercings
