Analyst, Pricing & Yield

Analyze sales, pricing, and inventory data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that support revenue growth and optimize advertising yield. Respond to pre-sale pricing requests by providing media math, pricing recommendations, and guidance that aligns advertiser objectives with company business rules. Collaborate with Account Management and Client Success teams to ensure pricing processes, rate cards, and workflows support competitive, profitable deals. Review insertion orders and media plans during the approval process to identify potential risks, ensure proper inventory reservation, and maintain healthy yield management practices. Monitor campaign performance from pre-sale through post-sale, identifying revenue-at-risk and partnering with Campaign Management and Client Success teams to resolve delivery challenges. Partner with Finance to balance operational insights with financial reporting needs, providing recommendations that support informed business decisions. Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards using key data sources, including Salesforce, AdPoint, Google Ad Manager, and other advertising platforms. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across Revenue Operations, helping drive strategic discussions and continuous process improvements. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hearst Digital Marketing Services
