Project Manager

Principal Real Estate Development ManagerDirects and manages real estate development projects from conceptual design and feasibility analysis through completion of construction and turn over to operations. Current project types include manufacturing/distribution/flex warehouses, hangars, office buildings, streets and drainage. Future projects may include multifamily, retail/restaurants, hotels, educational facilities, re-purposing existing and/or historic buildings and airfield-related projects. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This position will work in a team environment with other departments, including Asset Management, Finance, and Business Development.Working ConditionsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to both an office and construction site environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather or uncomfortable conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
