Description:The Customer Service Manager manages a staff of customer service representatives and the overall management of the day-to-day activities in the department including, but is not limited to:Manage and lead the Customer Service functions to include timely processing of sales orders, customer complaints, required reporting and analysis, effective communication across departmental lines and establishing departmental and individual goals and objectives.Create and track departmental results of quality and productivity standards and ongoing quality improvement programs.Work with managers outside the department to establish quality and productivity standards and ongoing quality improvement programs within their departments.Responsible for maintaining, designing and implementing processes and procedures that improve the operations of the department and in accordance with SOX and ISO guidelinesMaintain sales representative and customer contracts.Track, calculate, and report to management Incentive, Rebate, Wholesaler, Commissions, and etc. financial impact on a monthly/quarterly/annually basis for both the TracPipe and Industrial Divisions.Work with Finance to resolve Customer Account issues.Any other duties as assigned by the management of Omega Flex, Inc.Qualifications:Minimum of a High School diploma with 5 years management experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 3 years management experiencecomputer proficiencyKnowledge of office proceduresAbility to read and interpret accounting and financial reportsExcellent written and oral skills, problem resolution and interpersonal skills
