Position Overview:

The Housekeeper at Jonathan Harbour Resort is responsible for maintaining our guest rooms, laundry services and common areas to the highest standards. This is a physical, fast-moving role where you own the cleanliness and presentation of the condo and property. We need someone who takes pride in thorough work and remains positive at all times. You are the final line in ensuring our guests walk into a spotless, welcoming environment.

What You'll Do:

• Clean condos, strip linens, inspect departures and arrivals, washing, drying, folding, and stocking linen.

• Move furniture and appliances to clean the spaces underneath and behind them.

• Deep clean specific room features, including ovens, trash cans, and sliding door tracks.

• Sweep, mop, dust, and polish all common areas throughout the resort during your shift.

• Stock and organize your housekeeping cart, mop buckets, and cleaning supplies before your shift begins.

• Inspect rooms thoroughly and immediately report any damages or maintenance issues as needed.

• Maintain professionalism and a helpful attitude.

• 3+ years of housekeeping, custodial, or professional cleaning experience.

• Strong time management and ability to work independently.

• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

• Detail-oriented and committed to high cleaning standards.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.

• Proactive in identifying and resolving cleanliness issues.

• Reliable attendance and flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-time, seasonal position. Flexible 8-hour schedules on Sunday and Monday.
