Operations Manager

We're looking for an experienced UF₆ Operations Manager to lead the development, commissioning, and operation of uranium hexafluoride (UF₆) processing activities within this groundbreaking facility. What You’ll Be Doing Lead day-to-day UF₆ operations across commissioning, startup, and commercial production. Develop and implement operating procedures, work instructions, and operational readiness programmes. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team. Ensure the safe handling, storage, transfer, and processing of UF₆ in accordance with nuclear and regulatory requirements. Drive operational excellence, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, Licensing, and Quality teams to support facility startup and long-term operations. Lead operational planning for maintenance outages, troubleshooting, and production scheduling. Support regulatory inspections, audits, and operational compliance activities. What We’re Looking For Significant experience operating UF₆ process facilities within uranium enrichment, conversion, deconversion, or fuel cycle operations. Proven leadership experience managing operations teams in a highly regulated industrial or nuclear environment. Strong understanding of UF₆ handling, process safety, and operational risk management. Experience developing operating procedures, training programmes, and operational readiness plans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
