With deep Michigan roots and technical expertise, we provide top quality design-build remodeling, home additions and structural repairs in the greater Ann Arbor area and beyond. We’re looking for hardworking, reliable team players to join our construction crew.
The Impact You'll Make
As a Construction Crew Member with a CDL , you’ll be more than just a driver, you’ll be an essential part of the crew. You’ll operate vehicles and equipment that keep our projects moving, assist with on-site construction tasks, and ensure materials and machinery are where they need to be, when they need to be there. Your skills will help keep our worksites safe, productive, and on schedule.
What You'll Do
- Operate company trucks to transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist with general construction labor, including site prep, concrete work, grading, and cleanup.
- Safely operate and maintain light and heavy equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized job site.
- Perform basic vehicle and equipment inspections to ensure readiness.
- Work closely with the crew to complete daily project goals.
What You'll Bring
- A valid CDL (Class A) with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in construction
- Ability to operate basic construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
