• Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 32 students
• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to foster student communication and language development
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student progress
• Conduct assessments, track student outcomes, and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
• Serve as a resource on speech and language concerns for staff and families
