Lead the Charge as General Manager — Convenience Store & Gas Station

Looking for an exciting leadership opportunity in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Join our locally owned and operated convenience store and gas station as a General Manager and take charge of daily operations while making a real impact on our business and community.

As the General Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day store and gas station operations.
- Managing and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating restocking to keep shelves full and customers happy.
- Handling cash management, including daily sales reports and deposits.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and boost store performance.

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role (retail or similar industry preferred).
