Position Details: Part-Time SLP position K-8 caseload Starting August 2026 About the Role Hello, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time school-based position in Centennial, CO. You'll support K-8 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication, learning, and student success. This role is a great fit for experienced SLPs as well as Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship and support available. Why Join Us Competitive pay up to $65/hour + flexible part-time scheduling Clinical Fellow (CF) mentorship and ongoing support W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You'll Do Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-8 school setting Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed What We're Looking For Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain) Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain) Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
