Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies

- Ensure all rooms meet the resort’s cleanliness and safety standards

- Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs

- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management

- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

- Assist with laundry and linen services as needed

- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with guests and team members

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies safety

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
