Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and production tasks following established work instructions.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare products for shipment.
• Assist with material handling, shipping, and receiving functions.
• Monitor product quality and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Participate in training, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Dependable with a positive work ethic.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movement.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
