This role will be responsible for providing Home Health care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Top Skills Required: 1+ year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred) Active RN License in the State of IL Associate Degree (or higher) in Nursing BLS and CPR Certification Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance Home Health RN – $10,000 Bonus Compensation: PPV rates are attached + $10k first-year bonus Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week; 28 points per week Requirements: Must have an RN license and a minimum of 1 year of licensed RN experience in a hospital setting (med-surg, telemetry, ER, or ICU preferred) Home health experience is highly preferred but not required Candidates without at least 1 year of hospital experience as a licensed RN will not be considered (clinical rotations do not count).
