Matrimonial Paralegal

Employment Type: Full-Time- 5 days on-site Salary: $55,000–$70,000 annually We are seeking an experienced Matrimonial Paralegal to join a well-established law firm in White Plains, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional to support attorneys handling matrimonial and family law matters in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Qualifications 3–5 years of paralegal or legal support experience. Matrimonial or family law experience strongly preferred. Experience preparing legal documents and organizing financial records. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and legal case management or billing software. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with matrimonial and family law matters. Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery materials, financial disclosure documents, and other legal documents. Gather, organize, and summarize financial records and case documentation. Maintain electronic and physical client files. Manage attorney calendars, court dates, meetings, and deadlines. Communicate with clients regarding case status, document collection, billing, and related matters. Conduct client intakes, prepare engagement letters, and assist with opening new matters. Enter attorney time, assist with billing and invoicing, and track accounts receivable. Provide administrative and case support as needed.
