Cal-a-Vie Health Spa is seeking a professional and service-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist prospective and returning guests by responding to inquiries, providing information about services and wellness programs, coordinating requests, and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact through follow-up.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding wellness programs, accommodations, spa services, and general policies.
• Assist clients with reservation-related questions and support requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update internal systems.
• Monitor shared inboxes and respond promptly to incoming communications.
• Prepare follow-up correspondence and confirmations.
• Resolve routine concerns with professionalism and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
• Support administrative projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.
• Deliver a positive and professional experience throughout every client interaction.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in client support, administrative support, hospitality, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable learning new reservation, scheduling, or CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
