Interventional Radiology Technologist - Travel Assignment

Location: Wichita, KS

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM with on-call requirements of 1 weekend per month and 1 night per week.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Wichita, KS. The successful candidate will work in a unit that handles outpatient and inpatient procedures, including but not limited to embolization, Y-90 treatments, and trauma cases. Candidates must be flexible, able to manage stressful situations, and have a positive outlook on patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interventional radiology procedures including drain placements, biopsies, and spinal work.
• Assist in stroke thrombectomies, neuro coiling, and diagnostic cerebral cases.
• Maintain accurate documentation using MAC Lab.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other RTs to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum 6 months of current experience in Interventional Radiology.
• Active ARRT (R) certification.
• BLS certification.
• Active KS licensure.
