Sentara Primary Care and Therapy Center Oceanfront is seeking a Supervisor, Rehab/Therapy Services

Education:

• Associates Level Degree - Minimum Bachelor's Level Degree preferred in the appropriate discipline

Certification/Licensure:

• Must be either a PTA, COTA, PT, OT, SLP, Athletic Trainer, Licensed chiropractor or Licensed Social Worker
• License in Appropriate Discipline

Experience:

• 3 Years Clinical Experience
