Provide medical assistant coverage across multiple specialties and Northwestern Medicine locations in the North Region. About Northwestern Medicine Northwestern Medicine operates hospitals, clinics and physician practices throughout the Chicago metropolitan region. What you'll do Room patients and obtain vital signs Assist providers with patient care Perform laboratory draws Assist with EKG procedures Update electronic medical records Maintain clinical supplies Support multiple specialty clinics Travel between assigned clinical locations What we're looking for Medical Assistant certification or qualifying pathway Basic Life Support certification Clinical experience preferred Strong computer skills Ability to travel between locations Good patient communication Strong teamwork skills Ambulatory care experience preferred Benefits USD 20.25-$26.33 per hour Full-time employment Monday-Friday schedule Tuition reimbursement 401(k) matching Healthcare benefits Professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr Northwestern Medicine
