• Submission requirements: If a candidate has worked perm/PRN at the organization within the last year, they should be redirected immediately as they are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. If a candidate has previous work history as a traveler at any time or perm/PRN more than a year previous to the date of submission, their name and date of birth should be sent to the designated contact for eligibility verification.
