Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in inpatient or outpatient settings and create specialized treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Implement physical therapy interventions that enhance mobility, strength, balance, and daily functional abilities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Provide necessary education to patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and recommended home exercises

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
