Child Psychiatrists – Pediatric Focus We are actively looking to hire talented Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists in the Edgewood Clinical Services area for LifeStance Health. Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence, you will provide high‑quality psychiatric services in an outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver medication management and psychotherapy to children and adolescents. Work within a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans. Meet productivity and quality metrics in a fee‑for‑service model. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other mental health professionals as needed. Qualifications Fully licensed in Illinois or within the Illinois licensing process; Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) within 3 years of completing residency. Unencumbered DEA registration. Experience in medication management and psychotherapy for child and adolescent populations. Compensation & Benefits Fee‑for‑service productivity model – W2. Generous sign‑on bonus.
