Job Description Job Responsibility: Create and/or document accounting processes pertains to software business. Review current accounting processes and provide process improvement. Support business controller review and document accounting methodology for deferred revenue, warranty reserves, SIP accrual, Intangible assets, and Capitalized software. Ensure compliance with U.S GAAP. Executing/implementing updated accounting processes and procedures Support day to day accounting operation. Assistance with preparation for financial carve-out on a monthly basis. Qualifications Skill set required: Strong accounting background combined with strong analytical and problem solving skill sets.
