Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Licensed PT in Indiana
• Bachelor's Degree

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00am-4:30 pm
• No on-call or weekend requirement
• Coverage area includes Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wells, and Whitley Counties

Location Highlights

Fort Wayne offers a mix of urban amenities and outdoor access in northeastern Indiana.
