Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process and manage requisitions and generate purchase orders (POs) in a timely and accurate manner while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate procurement activities and serve as a resource to internal stakeholders regarding purchasing processes, approvals, and documentation requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, finance, accounting, or accounts payable processes.

Work Environment

The position is 100% onsite with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model after approximately six months of training. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for adjustments if necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
