At Soccer Shots, we're not just teaching soccer — we're helping kids build confidence, character, and friendships through play. Our nationally recognized program introduces young children to the game in a way that's fun, high-energy, and age-appropriate. Our goal is simple: To leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.

What you'll do:

• Lead fun, engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8
• Create a positive and energetic environment where kids can learn and grow
• Help make Soccer Shots the best part of each child's week
• Track attendance and communicate with leadership as needed
• Distribute end-of-season prizes and celebrate each child's progress

No coaching experience? No problem — we provide all the training you need!

We're looking for someone who is:

• Responsible – Shows up on time and prepared
• Professional – Friendly with parents and school staff
• Enthusiastic – Loves working with young children
• Outgoing – Willing to be animated, energetic, and even a little silly!
• Reliable – Able to commit to a consistent schedule for a 6–8 week season
• Communicative – Responsive and able to stay in touch with the team

Soccer experience is preferred, but not required. Experience working with children is a big plus!

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
• High school diploma
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
