Public Relations Assistant

Public Relations Assistant

As a Public Relations Assistant, you will support the coordination and execution of public relations and communication initiatives. You will work closely with team members to help maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and the public while assisting with day-to-day communication and promotional activities. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with different types of people.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of public relations initiatives and campaigns.
  • Support communication between the company, clients, partners, and external contacts.
  • Help prepare presentations, informational materials, reports, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, promotional activities, and company events when required.
  • Maintain accurate contact records, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Assist with client and public inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the development of strong professional relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent communication.
  • Monitor project timelines and help ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Represent Brixton Corp with professionalism and a positive attitude.
