Location : Gainesville, GA
Employment Type : Full Time
Schedule : 8-10 hour shifts | 4-5 days per week
Caseload:
- 30-60 minute treatment sessions
- Minimum of 25 treatment hours per week
- Up to 35 treatment hours available per week
- No on-call requirements
- Weekends optional (not mandatory)
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a well-established, multidisciplinary therapy practice serving pediatric patients across North Georgia. This organization has over 20 years of experience providing high-quality, family-centered therapy services and maintains a strong referral network through physicians and community relationships. The team includes Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and experienced administrative professionals who work collaboratively to provide comprehensive, individualized care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy to children of various ages and diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct evaluations and reassessments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Communicate effectively with families and caregivers
- Provide home health services as needed
- Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathology License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) - Required
- Pediatric experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Feeding and swallowing experience
- Experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
