Asset Management AnalystRETS Associates has been retained by a large real estate investment firm to search for an Asset Management Analyst in San Francisco, CA. The analyst will support 3 senior level asset managers across all asset types. This is an opportunity to learn and grow within the firm.Role:Financial modeling and analysis- Refinancing and disposition transactions, Investment valuations and return projections, Comparable sale / company analysis.Conducting strategic asset reviews and contributing to investment strategies/business plansLeasing analysis.Drafting of memoranda for internal and external uses.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree required, MBA a plus1-3 years of experience in real estate asset management, valuations or real estate consultingStrong understanding of IRR, NPV and other calculations required
