To apply to this hybrid role please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io Career Advancement Opportunity (This position is expected to advance quickly within the company over the next few months.)Responsibilities: Help manage fund leverage facilities, including drawdown/paydown requests, borrowing base certificates, covenant monitoring, advance rate analysis, AUP reviews and other required reporting and analyticsDevelop and improve the firm’s reporting infrastructure that serves a variety of internal and external stakeholders and caters to the unique requirements of leverage providers, investors, and other counterpartiesPerform representative daily activities that include:Maintain data integrity within borrowing bases for effective administration of credit facilities;Process waterfalls for accurate tracking and payment of principal and interest collections;Leverage business systems such as PowerBI, WSO, Geneva, and Salesforce to automate reporting infrastructure;Establish dashboards and processes to satisfy a variety of reporting needs;Compile and monitor key portfolio ratios and metrics; andMonitor fund liquidity and manage fund cash positionsLiaise with external service providers (leverage providers, collateral custodian, auditor, etc.) on a regular basisLiquidity management and cash forecasting for the FundsMaintain pricing models used by deal teams to analyze return and leverage projections for loan originationsInterface with all areas of the organization (underwriting, operations, originations, capital formation, debt capital markets, investor services, IT, etc.) as neededProduce investor reporting deliverables, due diligence requests, exposure reports and other ad hoc investor reporting requirementsProduce management reporting & special projects for internal stakeholders as neededRequirementsRequirements: BS/BA in Accounting2-3 years of experience Public Accounting Audit and/or Private Fund backgroundBank Debt/Private Credit product knowledge a plusTo apply to this hybrid role please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io.
