Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and implementing activities for residents, including arts and crafts projects, games, exercises, and outings
• Lead and facilitate group activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Build relationships with residents and their families, understanding their interests and preferences
• Work collaboratively with other care team members to develop personalized activity plans
• Document activity participation and feedback from residents and families
• Perform light housekeeping duties and assist with setup and cleanup for activities

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience in the healthcare industry (new graduates are welcome to apply)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
