Prepares and presents reports on patient safety metrics, compliance, and outcomes to leadership. Evaluates the effectiveness of patient safety interventions through data analysis and feedback. Engages with external organizations and agencies to stay current on patient safety trends and best practices. Conducts thorough assessments of current patient safety practices and identifies areas for improvement. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Organizational Verbal Interpersonal Customer Relations Grammar/Spelling Read/Comprehend written instructions Education: Bachelor's [Preferred] Bachelor's [Required] Master's [Preferred] Field of Study: nursing or other clinical discipline Work Experience: 5+ experience in a clinical or quality healthcare environment, previous experience with safety/risk/quality management and education. [Required] Experience in clinical operations and/or experience working in performance improvement or quality management areas. [Preferred] Experience in meeting and project improvement facilitation.
