1st Shift Assembly Technician - Lean & Cross‑Trained

Colonial Group in Mansfield, TX is hiring for a first-shift manufacturing assistant. You will run production on semi-automated equipment, perform light assembly, packaging, and related tasks to produce quality parts while meeting productivity standards. You will inspect quality with gauges and visual checks, read work orders and blueprints, troubleshoot minor issues, and document downtime and shift communications.
