Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Shift: 1st shift = 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

What's a typical day as a Final Assembly Associate? You'll be:

• Assembling and testing medical devices, equipment, and components according to established procedures and quality standards
• Reviewing quality points and following work instructions to ensure compliance with GMP and FDA regulations
• Using hand tools, automated machinery, and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Assembling electronic components and modules based on detailed schematics and instructions
• Completing Device History Record (DHR) documentation accurately for each unit
• Preparing, organizing, labeling, and packaging kits and assemblies for distribution and shipment
• Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring proper storage of materials and assemblies
• Reporting discrepancies or quality issues to Team Leaders and escalating non-conformities as needed
• Participating in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with EHS policies

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Have the ability to read and understand instructions, part specifications, and assembly drawings
• Demonstrate strong visual inspection skills to detect defects
• Are comfortable with prolonged standing, frequent walking, and lifting materials up to 25-55 pounds
• Exhibit teamwork, communication, and basic problem-solving skills
• Are adaptable and eager to learn new processes and technologies
