Physical Therapist

Position Physical Therapist at Providence Saint John’s Health Center, Santa Monica, CA. Full‑time, 8‑hour day shifts. Responsibilities Discharge planning. Perform patient evaluations. Establish and implement plans of care. Monitor patient’s progress. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with certificate from an accredited program in Physical Therapy. California Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualifications Experience in an acute hospital setting. Familiarity with Meditech.
