Title
Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Schedule
Shift: 0700-1530
Days: 5 x 8s; Office hours are 7am - 5pm. Shifts have variable start times within the day. Weekend coverage required every 5-7 weeks.

Requirements
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required
- Women's health experience and/or certification or working towards PRPC or WCS: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS or equivalent): Required
- 3 - 5 years of experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices.
